Australia doesn’t do autumn. Not really. But happily there are a few lovely cool climate towns in Oz where deciduous trees come out to play and paint the town red, orange and yellow. Bright in the Victorian Alps is one of those towns. It’s a true seasonal town, but I like it best in Autumn.
Last year I was lucky enough to see the Bright Autumn Festival and you can too! It started today and runs until 4 May. If last year is anything to go by, it’ll be a hoot. Take a look:
